Brittany Haas's phenomenal rise as a fiddle prodigy results from her astonishing command of a number of styles, including Old Time, Bluegrass and Jazz. She has performed with Darol Anger's American Fiddle Ensemble and Fiddle Congress, Yonder Mountain String Band, the San Francisco Scottish Fiddlers, the all-girl group Gone Fiddlin' and various dance bands, and has toured internationally with youth orchestras.

In February Brittany recorded with hero, Danny Barnes, on his upcoming album "Get Myself Together" (Terminus Records) at Garey Shelton's Studio in Seattle, WA. The album scheduled for summer 2005 release promises a high-fidelity, pickin’ album containing original songs and a few choice covers. Expect another classic Barnes release.
