Many thanks to the wonderful Whippoorwill Arts organization for awarding me with a fellowship in 2020, alongside other lovely musicians Snap Jackson, Annie Staninec, Ramblin’ Jack Elliott, and Kamara Thomas. With their generous financial support, I was able to aquire some recording gear and make a recording called Impromptu Sessions No. 1: Brittany Haas which came out in March 2022 on Padiddle Records, the same label that houses Hawktail’s music. Speaking of my band Hawktail, we have a new album that just came out, called “Place of Growth;” hear it/get it here! Thanks for visiting, and I hope you’re keeping well.
